Robinson’s Big Fruit Hunt

As the UX & UI Designer on The Big Fruit Hunt campaign, I was responsible for crafting an engaging, intuitive digital experience that encouraged families to explore, interact, and connect with the Robinsons brand in a fun and meaningful way. The challenge was to seamlessly blend game mechanics with real-world behaviour change—making the idea of flavouring refillable water bottles with Robinsons feel natural, rewarding, and easily integrated into everyday routines through smart, user-first design.

My verdict was that the project was a fantastic achievement with an incredibly detailed user experience, which manifested various challenges with the back-end development and complex structure of the front-end design. These challenges helped me learn and grow as a designer and definitely emphasised the importance of user testing. As a team, we got there in the end, and the results were incredibly rewarding to see my designs functioning across nationwide supermarkets, as well as being nominated for an award.
